What's going on with me?? - is cm mean pregnancy or period

Me and my husband are TTC and my time is one week and several days later. I had sex every other day or every other day 2 of this month and I have no nausea, but vomiting and cramps, and chest pain and MI now has a milky white cm. Is this pregnancy or time average. I'm also a little different. Thank you all!
